Article 1 In order to further strengthen laboratory safety management, improve laboratory safety environment, strengthen teachers and students' awareness of laboratory safety and environmental protection responsibility, ensure the normal and orderly operation of teaching and scientific research, and ensure the safety of teachers and students' lives and national property, according to Jiang Daxiao [2021] No. 198 document, combined with the specific situation of the central laboratory, specially formulated these detailed rules.

Article 2 These detailed rules apply to all personnel who enter the laboratory to study and work, including faculty, undergraduates, graduate students, international students and foreigners who enter the laboratory.

Article 3 The detailed guidance of implementation management is as follows: in accordance with the principles of "point-face integration, classified guidance, and graded advancement" and "whoever is in charge is responsible, whoever uses it is responsible, and whoever directs the experiment is responsible for it".

Article 4 The person in charge of the center is responsible for the implementation of the safety access rules, including: formulating safety education and examination plans; organizing the implementation of laboratory safety training and appointing a person to be responsible for the filing of relevant materials; maintaining and enriching the relevant professional test question bank; Abide by the regulations and prevent those who have not obtained the admission qualifications from entering the laboratory to engage in relevant experimental operations.

Article 5 The main purpose of laboratory safety access is to master laboratory safety knowledge and improve safety responsibility awareness through learning and training. The process includes:

(1) Safety knowledge training and safety accident explanation: The main contents include laboratory safety knowledge and laboratory safety accident cases in colleges and universities, etc., which are organized and centralized by the center.

(2) Self-directed study: Self-directed study can be conducted through the "Online Learning" and "Online Practice" pages of the Jiangsu University Laboratory Safety Education and Management Network and the examination system.

(3) Online exam: Log in to the "Laboratory Safety Education and Examination System" to take the exam, and the score exceeds 90 points (inclusive) to pass the exam. Multiple exams can be taken within the specified time, and the highest score shall prevail.

(4) Admission assessment: Submit the admission application and experimental project declaration form, and conduct offline assessment. The assessment content covers safety general knowledge, fire safety, electrical safety, environmental safety, protection and first aid measures and other knowledge, as well as the operation of specific related equipment and experimental procedures, etc.

(5) Final examination: All students who apply for subject experiments in the center must take the final examination.

(6) Paper composition and question type: The center will organize the paper according to its own characteristics. The test questions include but are not limited to various objective questions.

Article 6 Those who have not obtained the admission qualification will not be allowed to enter the laboratory. Outsiders are not allowed to enter the laboratory to perform related operations.

Article 7 Any matters not covered in these detailed rules or inconsistent with national laws and regulations shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

Article 8 These detailed rules shall be interpreted by the Innovation Practice Teaching Center for Effectiveness Evaluation and Toxicity Monitoring of the Major Categories of Food and Pharmacy.
