曾在多套石化裝置一線工作多年,對連續催化重整再生(UOP工藝),芳烴抽提,歧化及異構化, 二甲苯分離 (旋轉吸附分子篩分離),裂解汽油加氫,丙烷/丁烷制氫, PTA精對苯二甲酸裝置(BP-AMOCO工藝)有非常豐富的開車,停車,正常操作及事故處理經驗。除工藝外, 對多種催化劑,對各種自動化儀表,自動化操作及連鎖控制等也有相當的了解。

研究領域

1)      藥物發現, 抗癌活性天然産物的修飾, 糖化學,酶催化。

2)      有機合成方法學研究, 活性化合物合成,不對稱合成,過渡金屬催化。

3)      天然化合物的合成、修飾和篩選,磷化合物的合成。

4)      組合化學,多樣化合成,固/液相合成, 固/液相化試劑合成

5)      新藥、仿制藥的合成工藝開發,放大和質量标準的制定,藥物申報材料的撰寫,精細有機化工。
